Subpoenas are served by our staff only after a local subpoena service or the local Marshals office have attempted service. In essence, we only serve the "hard to serve" subpoenas. Our fees are $75.00 per hour plus $.75 cents per mile deducted from a required advanced $200.00 retainer. Please return to the home page and print the RETAINER agreement, sign it and send to our office along with your $500.00 retainer (which may be paid by Pay Pal listed below) and all the papers to be served. We will need all known addresses for the subject to be served plus a complete description.
